![]() ![]() ![]() The following short film was composed using 'Dvolver' accessed at I therefore came to the conclusion that if I couldn't compose a decent short film myself then it is perhaps out of reach for primary school students. Navigating and creating the movie was a little more trying both the ambient music and background sound effects were impossible to remove and consequently I couldn't hear any of the dialogue. I found this program a little harder to use than the others we used in today's workshop and I would probably not use it in my teaching practice. one character here has a Japanese female accent and the other a Brazilian Portuguese female accent. It also got my attention because I could make the characters have various and obscure accents, eg. This image below was created in the website I particularly like this image as it is so picturesque and the characters are very appealing. These websites are considerably more complex than the previous character building sites and should probably be aimed towards those students in upper primary school. In addition to creating characters during this weeks workshop we were also given an abundance of website to peruse which involved creating your own short film.
